These terms and conditions govern the sale of custom-made cashmere products through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to reject any order. All prices are subject to change without notice and are effective at the time of shipment.
Payment
All transactions are processed via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal or direct transfer. We reserve the right to reject orders if the credit card transaction is denied. Payment must be made in advance.
Custom Products
Our cashmere products are custom-made to measure. Due to the personalized nature of our items, returns are not possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by contacting us via phone or email 24 hours after order placement. Due to the personalized nature of made-to-wear products, cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, returns or refunds are not possible unless the item is faulty or not as described.
